We want all our users to be satisfied, hence all digital content purchased on our site can be refunded within 3 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a digital product, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines listed in this policy.

- Click on “Refund” option next to the digital product for which you want refund
- Fill out the Refund form and submit
Our team mostly reverts within 24 hours. You can also leverage order message option available next to the digital product that you have purchased.
The 3-day Refund Policy
While our 3-day refund policy is to allow our readers to purchase digital content related to health, fitness and wellness completely risk free. Having said that, we are also obligated to protect our site from fraud caused by some of the users who have malicious intent.
Reasons for Cancelling Refund Request
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- Refund is requested after 3 days from the date of purchasing the digital product
- The digital content has been downloaded by the user student before the refund was requested
- Multiple refunds have been requested by a user for the same digital product
- Excessive refunds have been requested by a user
Users who have their account banned due to a violation of our Terms will not be eligible to receive a refund.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund requests are submitted immediately to your payment processor or financial institution after we have received and processed your request. It may take 5 to 10 business days to post the funds in your account, however, depending on your financial institution.
Your cancellation rights and refunds
Since you wish to purchase Digital Content, special rules of cancellation apply to the contract between us. By proceeding with your download, you consent to us supplying the Digital Content to you before the end of the 3 day cancellation period which would otherwise be available to you, and as such you lose your cancellation rights and we hereby confirm this consent and acknowledge the same to you.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please do not download the file and instead contact us so that we can arrange a refund.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy and any issues or disputes relating to your use of Fitness Spider Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Pune, India.
